Board Action Details On May 12, 2025, based on allegations that Brooksville Pharmaceuticals, a non-resident pharmacy, engaged in non-approved drug compounding and shipping into Ohio, delayed in cooperating with a Board investigation, and did not have an Ohio-licensed pharmacist as its Responsible Person, the Ohio Board of Pharmacy (Board) issued a Summary Suspension/Notice of Opportunity for Hearing. On October 14, 2025, Brooksville Pharmaceuticals entered into a Settlement Agreement with the Board in which they agreed to pay a monetary penalty in the amount of $250,000, quarterly compliance reports and to attend the Responsible Person Roundtable.
