Board Action Details 11/5/2025 – NOTICE OF OPPORTUNITY FOR HEARING - Based on allegations when the doctor entered into a sexual relationship with a patient whom became pregnant, and then ordered abortion inducing medication using his wife’s name without her knowledge, and then administered that medication to the patient without her knowledge or consent, those acts constitute: selling, giving away, personally furnishing, prescribing, or administering drugs for other than legal and legitimate therapeutic purposes or a plea of guilty to, a judicial finding of guilt of, or a judicial finding of eligibility for intervention in lieu of conviction of, a violation of any federal or state law regulating the possession, distribution, or use of any drug; and commission of an act that constitutes a felony in this state, regardless of the jurisdiction in which the act was committed, to wit: Identity Fraud, and Deception to Obtain a Dangerous Drug, and Unlawful Distribution of an Abortion-Inducing Drug, and Abduction, and Disrupting Public Service, and Tampering with Evidence. <br/> <br/>11/5/2025 - SUMMARY SUSPENSION - Pursuant to Section 4731.22(G), Ohio Revised Code, license to practice medicine and surgery summarily suspended based on Board’s determination that there is clear and convincing evidence that the doctor is in violation of Sections 4731.22(B)(3), and 4731.22(B)(10) Ohio Revised Code, and that his continued practice presents a danger of immediate and serious harm to the public.
