Board Action Details On April 9, 2024, based on allegations that Hock’s Tipp City Pharmacy failed to maintain drug security of their controlled substances, and failed to maintain minimum standards of the pharmacy the Ohio Board of Pharmacy (Board) issued a Notice of Opportunity for Hearing. On November 7, 2024, Hock’s Tipp City Pharmacy entered into a Settlement Agreement with the Board in which they agreed to pay a monetary penalty in the amount of $2500.
