Board Action Details On March 8, 2023, based on allegations that Corner Pharmacy allowed an employee to perform certified pharmacy technician duties without proper registration with the Board, the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy (Board) issued a Notice of Opportunity for Hearing. On August 31, 2023, Corner Pharmacy entered into a settlement agreement with the Board in which they agreed to a monetary penalty the amount of $500.00.
