Board Action Details On January 25, 2023, based on allegations that UC Health Pharmacy-Specialty allowed a pharmacy employee to perform certified pharmacy technician duties without proper registration with the Board, the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy (Board) issued a Notice of Opportunity for Hearing. On February 10, 2023, UC Health Pharmacy-Specialty entered into a Settlement Agreement with the Board in which they agreed to a monetary penalty in the amount of $750.00.
