Board Action Details On April 9, 2025, based on allegations that Walgreens #09541 allowed a non-licensed individual to perform the duties of a pharmacy technician, the Ohio Board of Pharmacy (Board) issued a Notice of Opportunity for Hearing. On May 19, 2025, Walgreens #09541 entered into a settlement agreement with the Board in which they agreed to a monetary penalty the amount of $250.
