Board Action Details On February 22, 2024, based on allegations that Anthony Carl Rozzi errored in dispensing a medication, the Ohio Board of Pharmacy (Board) issued a Notice of Opportunity for Hearing. On June 18, 2024, Anthony Carl Rozzi entered into a Settlement Agreement with the Board in which he agreed to pay a monetary penalty in the amount of $500.00 and to obtain twenty hours of continuing pharmacy education.
