Board Action Details On November 5, 2024, based on allegations that Pill Box, Inc made illegal sales of dangerous drugs to an unlicensed entity, the Ohio Board of Pharmacy (Board) issued a Notice of Opportunity for Hearing. On November 15, 2024, Pill Box, Inc entered into a Settlement Agreement with the Board in which they agreed to a monetary penalty in the amount of $4250. <br/> <br/>On December 14, 2020, based on allegations that Pill Box Pharmacy allowed the wife of the owner and Responsible Person, Linda Westbrook, to perform tasks of a pharmacy technician without obtaining Board-issued registration, the Board of Pharmacy (Board) issued a Notice of Opportunity for Hearing. On June 24, 2021, Pill Box Pharmacy entered into a settlement agreement with the Board in which they agreed to pay a monetary penalty of $1,000.00.
