Board Action Details On January 26, 2023, based on allegations that Exact Care Pharmacy, LLC allowed a non-licensed individual to perform the duties of a pharmacy technician, the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy (Board) issued a Notice of Opportunity for Hearing. On July 6, 2023, Exact Care Pharmacy, LLC entered into a settlement agreement with the Board in which they agreed to a monetary penalty the amount of $250.
