Board Action Details On September 28, 2023, based on allegations that Westgate Family Pharmacy allowed a non-licensed individual to perform the duties of a pharmacy technician, the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy (Board) issued a Notice of Opportunity for Hearing. On October 26, 2023, Westgate Family Pharmacy entered into a settlement agreement with the Board in which they agreed to a monetary penalty the amount of $250.
