Board Action Details On September 21, 2020, based on allegations Nicholas Newman was responsible for a loss of controlled substances during transport to another pharmacy, the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy (Board) issued Notices of Opportunity for Hearing. On March 2, 2021, Essentra Pharmacy entered into a settlement agreement with the Board in which they agreed pay a monetary penalty in the amount of $1,500.00.
