Board Action Details On November 4, 2022, based on allegations that Marc's Pharmacy West Tuscarawas allowed Dylan Landers to preform pharmacy technician duties without proper registration with the Board, the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy (Board) issued a Notice of Opportunity for Hearing. On April 13, 2023, Marc's Pharmacy West Tuscarawas entered into a Settlement Agreement with the Board in which they agreed to pay a monetary penalty in the amount of $250.00.
