Board Action Details On November 7, 2022, based on allegations that Arlington Pharmacy, LTD allowed three pharmacy employees to preform pharmacy technician duties without proper registration with the Board, the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy (Board) issued a Notice of Opportunity for Hearing. On December 9, 2022, Arlington Pharmacy, LTD entered into a Settlement Agreement with the Board in which they agreed to a monetary penalty in the amount of $250.00.
