Board Action Details On April 15, 2024, based on allegations that Walgreens #12703 failed to maintain drug security of their controlled substances and as a result experienced drug losses, the Ohio Board of Pharmacy (Board) issued a Notice of Opportunity for Hearing. On December 11, 2024, Walgreens #12703 entered into a Settlement Agreement with the Board in which they agreed to pay a monetary penalty in the amount of $1000.
