Board Action Details On December 14, 2020, based on allegations that Robert Westbrook, RPh allowed the wife of the owner and Responsible Person, Linda Westbrook, to perform tasks of a pharmacy technician without obtaining Board-issued registration, the Board of Pharmacy (Board) issued a Notice of Opportunity for Hearing. On June 24, 2021, Robert Westbrook, RPh entered into a settlement agreement with the Board in which he agreed to pay a monetary penalty of $500.00 and to take six hours of approved continuing pharmacy education.
