Board Action Details On August 16, 2023, based on allegations that Doctors Pharmacy allowed an employee to perform the duties of a pharmacy technician trainee without Board issued registration, the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy (Board) issued a Notice of Opportunity for Hearing. On October 17, 2023, Doctors Pharmacy entered into a settlement agreement with the Board in which they agreed to a monetary penalty the amount of $250.00.
