Board Action Details On July 23, 2024, based on allegations that Rite Aid Discount Pharmacy #3041 failed to maintain drug security of their controlled substances and as a result experienced drug losses, the Ohio Board of Pharmacy (Board) issued a Notice of Opportunity for Hearing. On September 27, 2024, Rite Aid Discount Pharmacy #3041 entered into a Settlement Agreement with the Board in which they agreed to pay a monetary penalty in the amount of $1000.00.
