Board Action Details On September 18, 2020, based on allegations that Shady Arafa, staff pharmacist at Econo Pharmacy, allowed violations related to improper dispensing and improper compounding to occur, the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy (Board) issued a Notice of Opportunity for Hearing. On February 2, 2021, Shady Arafa entered into a Settlement Agreement with the Board in which he agreed to a monetary penalty in the amount of $1,000.00, and continuing pharmacy education.
