On April 16, 2025, based on allegations that Cleveland Lowcost Pharmacy allowed a non-licensed individual to perform the duties of a pharmacy technician, the Ohio Board of Pharmacy (Board) issued a Notice of Opportunity for Hearing. On May 15, 2025, Cleveland Lowcost Pharmacy entered into a settlement agreement with the Board in which they agreed to a monetary penalty the amount of $250. <br/> <br/>On December 10, 2021, based on allegations that Cleveland LowCost Pharmacy stored the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine outside the acceptable temperature range, the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy (Board) issued a Notice of Opportunity for Hearing. On April 14, 2022, Cleveland LowCost Pharmacy entered into a settlement agreement with the Board in which they agreed to pay a monetary penalty in the amount of $1,000.00.
