Board Action Details On March 29, 2022, based on allegations that Okuley’s Pharmacy & Home Medical, Inc. allowed a certified pharmacy technician to work at the pharmacy and perform pharmacy duties without a pharmacist present on-site, the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy (Board) issued a Notice of Opportunity for Hearing. On March 9, 2023, Okuley’s Pharmacy & Home Medical, Inc. entered into a Settlement Agreement with the Board in which they agreed to pay a monetary penalty in the amount of $2,000.00.
