Board Action Details On April 6, 2020, based on allegations that Jacqueline Mathenge allowed a pharmacy technician trainee to preform duties exceeding the scope of what she was allowed to do, the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy (Board) issued a Notice of Opportunity for Hearing/Proposal to take Disciplinary Action Against Licensee. On October 29, 2020, Jacqueline Mathenge entered into a settlement agreement with the Board in which she agreed to a monetary penalty in the amount of $500.00 and to take continuing pharmacy education.
