Board Action Details On January 26, 2023, based on allegations that Meijer Pharmacy #66 allowed a pharmacy employee to perform pharmacy technician duties without maintaining proper registration with the Board, the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy (Board) issued a Notice of Opportunity for Hearing. On May 30, 2023, Meijer Pharmacy #66 entered into a Settlement Agreement with the Board in which they agreed to a monetary penalty in the amount of $250.00.
