Board Action Details On May 22, 2024, based on allegations that Crosby’s Drugs errored in dispensing medications, the Ohio Board of Pharmacy (Board) issued a Notice of Opportunity for Hearing. On September 6, 2024, Crosby’s Drugs entered into a Settlement Agreement with the Board in which they agreed to pay a monetary penalty in the amount of $2,500.00 and to a one-year probationary period. On October 9, 2025, the Ohio Board of Pharmacy restored Crosby’s Drugs, Inc.’s license to a status of active/in good standing.
