Board Action Details On January 25, 2023, based on allegations that UC Medical Center - Hoxworth Pharmacy allowed a pharmacy employee to perform certified pharmacy technician duties without proper registration with the Board, the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy (Board) issued a Notice of Opportunity for Hearing. On March 9, 2023, UC Medical Center - Hoxworth Pharmacy entered into a Settlement Agreement with the Board in which they agreed to pay a monetary penalty in the amount of $1,000.00.
