Board Action Details On February 14, 2024, based on allegations that Morton’s Hilltop Pharmacy allowed a pharmacy employee to perform pharmacy technician duties without proper registration with the Board, the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy (Board) issued a Notice of Opportunity for Hearing. On March 28, 2024, Morton’s Hilltop Pharmacy entered into a settlement agreement with the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy in which they agreed to a monetary penalty in the amount of $1,000.00.
