Board Action Details On May 1, 2021, based on allegations that Wellness 1 Pharmacy allowed Amro Elsayed to <br/>perform the duties of a pharmacy intern and/or a pharmacy technician without a Board issued <br/>license and/or registration, the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy (Board) issued a Notice of Opportunity for Hearing. On November 10, 2021, Wellness 1 Pharmacy entered into a settlement agreement with the Board in which they agreed to pay a monetary penalty in the amount of $5,000.00.
