Board Action Details On July 24, 2023, based on allegations that Walmart 10-1478 allowed a pharmacist to work for approximately six hours while under the influence of alcohol, the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy (Board) issued a Notice of Opportunity for Hearing. On February 23, 2024, Walmart 10-1478 entered into a Settlement Agreement with the Board in which they agreed to pay a monetary penalty in the amount of $5,000.00.
