Board Action Details On December 21, 2023, based on allegations that Regimed Medical provided fraudulent dangerous drug invoices to an entity, the Ohio Board of Pharmacy (Board) issued a Notice of Opportunity for Hearing. On July 17, 2024, Regimed Medical entered into a Settlement Agreement with the Board in which they agreed to a monetary penalty in the amount of $500.
