Based on Board’s determination that a Pennsylvania judicial finding concerning the doctor is substantially equivalent to intervention in lieu of conviction for acts that constitute a felony in Ohio; doctor is impaired in ability to practice according to acceptable and prevailing standards of care because of habitual or excessive use or abuse of drugs; and doctor’s physical and psychiatric disorders constitute an inability to practice according to acceptable and prevailing standards of care by reason of mental illness or physical illness. Order effective 2/13/09. <br/> <br/> 05/14/2008: CITATION:Based on doctor having received a judicial finding in the Court of Common Pleas of Crawford County, Pennsylvania that is substantially equivalent to intervention in lieu of conviction for a misdemeanor committed in the course of practice and on doctor’s alleged commission of an act that constitutes a felony.
