Based on the doctor’s admission that when she fraudulently created and presented lab orders naming herself as patient and used the names of two other physicians with whom she did not have a physician-patient relationship, she committed an act that constitutes a felony in this state, regardless of the jurisdiction in which the act was committed, to wit: Identity Fraud. Agreement effective 11/10/2020.
