12/09/2015: CITATION - Based on allegations that with respect to 14 specified patients doctor engaged in acts, conduct or omissions that constitute the commission of an act in the course of practice that constitutes a misdemeanor; that doctor violated Medical Board rules regarding Standards and Procedures for Review of OARRS and the general provisions for prescribing controlled substances; that doctor failed to maintain minimal standards applicable to the selection or administration of drugs and departed from or failed to conform to minimal standards of care of similar practitioners under the same or similar circumstances.
