Based on the physician assistant’s admission that he is impaired in his ability to practice in accordance with acceptable and prevailing standards of care because of habitual or excessive use or abuse of drugs, alcohol, or other substances that impair ability to practice; and that, he committed an act that constitutes a felony in Ohio, regardless of the jurisdiction in which the act was committed; and that, he made false, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading statements.
