Board Action Details On October 27, 2025, the Ohio Board of Pharmacy (Board) issued a Notice of Opportunity for Hearing based on allegations that Precision Medication, Inc. shipped compounded prescriptions while they did not have an Ohio-licensed Responsible Person from on or about July 5, 2022, to on or about May 14, 2024. On December 17, 2025, Precision Medication, Inc. entered into a Settlement Agreement with the Board in which they agreed to pay a monetary penalty in the amount of $10,000 and to attend the Responsible Person 101 Roundtable.
